Shipping & Returns
- All shipping methods (International Express & International Economy) come with online tracking number.
- Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address is correct.
- Maximum quantity per shipment: 4 items.
- All multi-item orders involving IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER items will be shipped in the same parcel all together after the pre-order period.
- Shipping charge is good for one single shipment only. The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.
- International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties after shipment was made. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
- Customers take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs and resend shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Delivery Standard excludes day of posting and time spent on customs clearance.
- Online tracking number will be provided to all international customers to track the delivery status after parcels are being posted.
- Tracking numbers will be recorded on PayPal and sent to your PayPal account’s email or the email you entered when you made the payment. Please make sure your email address is valid, otherwise, you will not receive the tracking information.

- Tenant’s presence at the shipping address is required for signing of parcel during delivery.
- One delivery attempt will be made and if it is unsuccessful, the recipient will be allowed 5 business days to pick up the parcel at your local post office nearest to your shipping address.
- If the recipient failed to claim the parcel within the allowed period, it will be returned to us and we will have to collect the same shipping charge from you again before we resend the parcel.
- The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.
No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales with KIX-FILES are FINAL. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before committing to purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. We take care of both return shipment costs and resend shipment costs in these cases.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or resend you the correct items.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
